Refund Policy for IBS Campus Learning Management System:
At IBS Campus, we strive to provide our users with the best learning experience possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our Learning Management System, we offer a refund policy as follows:
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a course. To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 20% of the course material.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review your request and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
We do not offer refunds for courses that have been completed or for any purchases made outside of the 14-day window. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for any courses or services purchased through third-party websites or platforms.
